Building is blocks from UVM. Two parking spots are assigned and no extra fees for parking. There is free street parking on North Union Street in front of building. Landlord pays for trash removal, sewer, professional lawn services and snow plowing. Tenant pays for Heat, Hot Water and Electric. Cable and Internet are tenant's responsiblity.
